How it works

  • Your friend signs up for a Premium Care subscription to receive unlimited technical support at $15 per month†
  • Your friend provides your name and phone number as a referral
  • A $15 credit will appear for each valid referral on your next bill
  • Friends may sign-up through the web (order now) or contact us at 1-877-266-1611

†A cancellation fee of $80 applies (as liquidated damages and not as a penalty) to early termination of the service agreement. Minimum system requirements apply.

Unlimited access to the following services:

  • Virus and spyware removal
  • Software installation and configuration
  • Peripheral (i.e. modem or printer) device set-up
  • Home networking installation
  • Computer optimization

Our qualified technicians are available 24/7/365 to provide support. They will try to fix your computer problem through a remote help session that uses specialized software. It's like watching your computer fix itself! Everything comes with a 5-day warranty and of course, in the unlikely event that we can't solve the issue, there's absolutely no charge.

Terms & Conditions

  • Maximum of 6 referrals to Premium Care monthly service per client per subscription
  • Only valid TELUS Premium Care remote services clients who have accounts in good standing can participate in the Member Referral Program
  • You must have a valid TELUS phone number to participate. You acknowledge that this phone number will be provided to the new client that you refer to TELUS Premium Care service, so that the new client can identify you as the referrer.
  • Clients who belong to consolidated billing plans, are not eligible for the TELUS Premium Care services Member Referral Program
  • If your TELUS Premium Care service account is terminated by you or TELUS, all unprocessed Referral Credits are forfeited
  • The credits that you receive from the Member Referral Program are service credits that may only be applied to recurring TELUS Premium Care service monthly access charges. These credits cannot be used for telephone or mobility, or any other products or services offered by TELUS.
  • Member Referral Credits have no cash
  • Member Referral Credits are not transferable
  • Member Referral Credits are applied to your account after a new referral is received
  • The value of a Member Referral Credit is based on the current monthly price of TELUS Premium Care remote service for 1 month at $15 a month
  • The value of a Member Referral Credit does not include any taxes
  • Member Referral Credits may only be logged during the new client registration
  • Only one client may take credit for each referral
  • At the time that the Referral Credit is applied, the account of the referred client must in good standing
  • Both the client and the new referred client must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 years or older) in the in the province in which each respectively reside
  • TELUS reserves the right to modify or cancel the Member Referral Program at any time, without notice or liability
  • TELUS offers the Member Referral Program subject to the terms of the TELUS Internet Services Account Agreement, including all disclaimers and limitations of liability contained therein
  • Referred client must sign a TELUS Premium Care remote subscription plan for a minimum of one year in order for the referral credit to be applied. Pay per use Premium Care services are not eligible for referral credits
